Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, don't worry — international shipments can take a few days between scans.
Customs & Import Taxes Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. BloomCare has no control over these charges.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full.
