We want you to love everything you order from BloomCare. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, hair care and lip products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. The conditions above regarding hygiene-sealed products apply.
How to Start a Return Email us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
